Sidewalk repairs to begin May 7th

    Your Board has approved a project to repair the front concrete walkways of several of our community homes. We have cracks, settling and pitting that need repair for safety reasons as well as to keep our neighborhood looking sharp. 

    We have arranged with a contractor to begin work May 7th and continue through the 14th with concrete being poured on the 14th. This, of course, is all weather permitting. Work hours would be 4-8 p.m. on weekdays and 7-5 on Sat. I understand that this could be an inconvenience to some but your patience will be greatly appreciated.. The length of the project has been increased somewhat because  the Board's wish to not use heavy equipment on our freshly sealed asphalt road, thus creating extra "grunt work." If your walk is being repaired, we request the homeowner to use your garage to enter and leave your residence. 

Winter has arrived!

Keep warm, and drive carefully. If you are traveling south send us some sunny days.

As 2015 is coming to a close, the Board would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!  Safe travels to our neighbors who will be leaving our Fond du Lac Winter Wonderland  – enjoy the warm weather. If possible, please leave an emergency contact number with one of our members.
