Holiday Greetings

As 2015 is coming to a close, the Board would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!  Safe travels to our neighbors who will be leaving our Fond du Lac Winter Wonderland  – enjoy the warm weather. If possible, please leave an emergency contact number with one of our members.

Holiday Open House

We are looking for a volunteer to host our annual winter open house in January.  Contact any board member for details.

Next Board Meeting

The Villas of Knights Way Board will have their next meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015 at the Meier home.  

If an Association member wishes to attend the meeting as a guest, please notify the president a minimum of 24 hours in advance.  If a member wishes to discuss something with the board, a written request with the substance of the discussion must be given  48 hours in advance to be included on the agenda.

Street Closing Notice

Blacktop resealing will take place on the existing fully paved portions of Somerset and Yorkshire on Monday July 27^th.   The streets and driveways will be closed to vehicle and foot traffic until 24 hours after the resealing process has been completed.  Assume they will be closed from early Monday morning through 7pm Tuesday.  Any activity on the resealed area will compromise the new surface. Please travel with caution after the streets open.

We recommend you park on Knights Way and walk the back yards to your vehicle.  Leave the lights on by your deck on Monday night to assist neighbors who are walking through. 

Because of the street closing there will be no mail delivery on Monday or Tuesday.   You may pick up your mail; at the post office if you need it before the Wednesday delivery.
